Amy Nguyen (aka ngvyenart) is a freelance illustrator based in Southern California. Her main medium is digital art with programs such as Adobe, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Canva, etc. The common themes of her art usually focus on soft, whimsical and fantasy elements.Amy is a CSULB '23 studio arts graduate, with a minor in graphic design. ORANGE COUNTY ANIME CLUB (July 2026-present)
I'm currently doing volunteer work as an illustrator for Orange County Anime Club (OCAC) which is a club organization based in Southern California primarily focusing on bringing community together through anime. I mainly create art for their promotional material such as flyers, social media graphics, etc.
INTERNSHIP WORK (July-September 2025)
I worked as a graphic design intern at the Frida Cinema, which is an arthouse dedicated to film. During this experience, I created illustrations for flyers and social media graphics for their upcoming airings.
